TI – Are you buying BD’s data driven comparions of the Motorola Q versus the Treo? I’ll give you a hint: For this guy, the Motorola Q wins

One question… Does it have a touch screen??? No! How can you come up with a device in 2006 and not have a touch screen? Beats me. Put it this way, if it ain’t got touch screen, I don’t have any use for it.

the reason it doesn´t come up with a touch screen is because as we all know, the moto q is a cellphone with added functions (internet, apps, mp3 and video player, etc), not a pocket pc or pda with an added phone on it.

Like I told the Fast Follower… socks shoes…shoes socks, the fact remains…Still no touch screen which really comes in handy!

I am trying to decide between the Moto Q and the Palm Treo, and was wondering if somebody could help me make a decision between the two. I am a Physician Assistant student, and I plan on purchasing one of the two by the end of the week. I need something to put some of my PA software on and such. I really like the Q, but am wondering if I should go with the Treo.

I have Windows Vista, and am unsure if either of these are compatible. Also, I am reading some of my software instructions, and it says to pick either the Palm OS or the Pocket PC icon (and if you have a Windows CE device to pick Pocket PC). So I am wondering if his narrows my decision down.

Basically, I am dazed and confused and know nothing. Do you mind sending some advice?

Just my opinion, Jennifer, but it sounds to me that a Treo would be the best bet for you. I assume you are referring to the 700wx. As a pda user, I like the touch screen on the Treo.

Check out this article. According to this the race is close, but the Treo wins out. Let us know what your final decision is. Good luck.

Just telling it like it is.
